Investigation into a whistleblowing allegation

When:
2019
Where:
United Kingdom and Australia
Services involved:
Criminal Investigations
Crime Response
Litigation Support

Overview

Our client, a large international manufacturer and distributor, had received several whistleblowing allegations made against a member of staff, accusing them of internal corruption.

We assisted the investigation into their alleged activities, using forensic accountancy, digital forensics, witness interviews and covert methodology. As a result of this investigation, substantive evidence was identified, however the client did not wish to pursue criminal prosecutions.

AnotherDay investigators supported the ongoing internal disciplinary proceedings, supporting counsel with interviews, and supported dismissal applications.
