We worked with one of the UK’s largest phone retailers to come up with a strategy to reduce a particular strain of violent crime against their stores. We carried out individual site security reviews, interviews of key staff, engagement with police forces, and extensive analysis of data recorded and provided by the organisation itself. We then utilised this to develop a new strategy covering intelligence, physical protection, covert methods, incident response and training to stem the tide of losses resulting from this specific kind of criminal offence. The strategy was subsequently endorsed by the Group Security Director and implemented nationwide.
